AASHTO Board Elects Kentucky's Mike Hancock President and Wyoming's John Cox VP

At its annual meeting, AASHTO Board of Directors voted to elect Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) Secretary Mike Hancock as association's president. John Cox, director of the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT), was elected AASHTO vice president. As president, Hancock will emphasize updating of AASHTO Strategic Plan, promotion of innovation related to state DOT and industry practices, and direct participation in effort to pass next surface transportation reauthorization bill.
