Anheuser-Busch InBev NV said on Thursday that it is exploring the sale of a number of SABMiller PLC's European premium brands and related businesses to address regulatory issues. SABMiller confirmed that AB InBev will contact potential buyers in the coming weeks regarding premium beer brands Peroni and Grolsch and their associated businesses in Italy, the Netherlands and the U.K. The Belgium-based firm is also considering selling Meantime, a craft brewer bought by SABMiller earlier this year.
