Supplied in SuperSIP package with silicon chips soft-soldered onto ceramic Direct Copper Bond substrate, voltage-controlled CPC44055ST features zero-cross turn-on circuitry and is specified with 800 V peak blocking voltage. Optically coupled I/O circuits provide noise immunity and 2,500 V(rms) of isolation between control input and output. Requiring 5 V input control voltage to operate, device can achieve 20 A(rms) output current with heatsink or 5 A(rms) without heatsink (free-air).
