ADEQ issues final Whirlpool pollution mitigation plan

The Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality released its final Remedial Action Decision Document for Corrective Action on Friday that requires Whirlpool to spend at least $6 million to clean up pollution at its shuttered Fort Smith plant.
