Offering 5,000 W (10/1,000 µsec) or 2,200 W (load dump) peak pulse power dissipation rating in P600 package, SLD Series protects automotive electronics – ECU, TCU, BCM, sensor, and entertainment systems – from voltage transients induced by load dump and other transient voltage events. Uni- and bi-directional polarity devices, supporting junction temperature up to 175°C, offer 10–60 V standoff voltage. Electrical performance and dimensions allow circuit protection upgrades in existing footprint.
