An AK Steel employee says he wants restitution and an explanation from the steelmaker concerning an acid-like liquid he claims spewed out of a water cooling tower in July and damaged 30 to 40 vehicles parked inside the Middletown mill, including his 2008 Hyundai Tiburon.
