AK Steel taps Bisselberg to head HR

AK Steel has named Stephanie Bisselberg vice president for human resources, effective April 1. She'll succeed Lawrence Zizzo , who's retiring after a 35-year career in the steel industry , including the last nine in his current position at AK Steel.
