In fall of 2015, ANSI will choose candidates to fill 11 director-at-large seats (one-third of full Board). Selected members, once approved, will serve terms from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2018. All ANSI members must vote in person at ANSI Annual Business Meeting and Luncheon (September 30, 2015) or designate Patricia Griffin, Secretary of ANSI, as their official proxy. Board responsibilities cover management and control of activities, property, and affairs of ANSI.
