Free 60-minute webinar, hosted by ANSI on November 5, 2015 at 1 pm EDT, will focus on ISO/IEC Guide 14, Purchase information on goods and services intended for consumers, which is under revision. Michele Althoff, who serves as convenor of COPOLCO WG 15, will speak about revisions to ISO/IEC Guide 14, including how said document has evolved to better address accessibility needs, roles of Internet in purchasing decision, and evolution of technologies that support product information.
