API Director of Upstream and Industry Operations Erik Milito hailed the Offshore Energy and Jobs Act for opening areas of the Atlantic and Pacific coasts to offshore energy development and allowing all coastal states to share in the revenue it generates. The U.S. House of Representatives is expected to approve the bill, H.R. 2231.
