Bothell, WA -- AR Modular RF has received an order from ATT Inc. for 80 systems using its KAW5050 power amplifier. The 1000-Watt PEP, 500-Watt CW, amplifier covers the 225- 400 MHz frequency range. The custom system ordered by ATT comprises a power amplifier, controller sub-system and AC power supply unit encased in a 3 RU shelf. The entire system weighs 50 pounds.
