Built for SWaP-constrained defense and aerospace applications, VPX3-1701 employs features ARM architecture and employs 1.0 GHz Freescale™ QorIQ™ LayerScape LS1020A processor with integrated dual ARM Cortex-A7 processors. Rugged 3U VPX COTS processing module, rated at <15 W max power dissipation, delivers processing capabilities suited for managing data from high-speed I/O interface cards. Options are provided for supporting Sysgo PikeOS™ and Wind River® VxWorks® operating systems.
