Integrating 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0+, 16–64 KB flash memory, up to 36 general purpose I/Os, and CapSense® capacitive-sensing technology, PSoC® 4 S-Series is suited for industrial systems, wearable electronics, home appliances, and consumer applications. Devices provide 9 programmable analog blocks and 7 programmable digital blocks to create differentiating features. Additionally, 16 Smart I/Os™ provide programmable interconnect and routing subsystem that can be configured in PSoC Creator IDE.
