Powered by 400 MHz Atmel AT91SAM9G45 SoC, Matrix-505 integrates 128 MB DDR2 SDRAM and 128 NAND Flash; fault-resilient booting function; as well as two 10/100 Mbps Ethernet, 4 RS-232/-485 serial ports, 2 USB hosts, and microSD socket within one metal box. Linux 2.6.38 OS, busybox utility collection, lighttpd Web server, and USB device drivers are pre-installed, and DIN-Rail and wall mounting allow flexible onsite installation.
