Dr. James Webber, Ph.D. and senior scientist at Webber Environmental Health Consulting LLC, received Moyer D. Thomas Award from ASTM International Committee D22 on Air Quality. Honored for technical contributions and years of service to Committee D22, Webber has served as chairman since 2008 and also chairs Subcommittee D22.90. Former roles include secretary of D22.07 on Sampling and Analysis of Asbestos as well as one term on ASTM Committee on Technical Committee Operations (COTCO).
