ASTM Committee C09 on Concrete and Concrete Aggregates has presented the Katharine and Bryant Mather Member Contribution Award to Matthew Offenberg, technical services manager at W.R. Grace and Co. Committee cited Offenberg for outstanding contributions in development of standards and dissemination of knowledge related to pervious concrete and enhancement of cement and concrete technology standards.
