ASTM International Committee E18 on Sensory Evaluation will host Practical Issues in Sensory Statistics roundtable on October 29, 2015 in Tampa, FL. Expert discussions will focus on practical quantitative topics in sensory evaluation, and attendees will be able to engage with speakers in open discussion. Specific topics will be inclusion of product variability in sensory tests, power and precision for sensory difference testing, uses and abuses of d-Prime, and magnitude-based inference.
