AT&T Gives Sonus Networks a Lift

We are upgrading Sonus Networks to an Outperform investment rating from Market Perform and establishing a $10 price target by using a sum-of-the-parts valuation analysis. We believe Sonus management has an incentive to remain cautious with guidance for fear of missing again after such a significant miss earlier in 2015.
