AT&T announces first TV, wireless combined offer in new plan

AT&T Inc. announced Monday a new TV and wireless phone service that will help integrate newly acquired DirecTV into its marketing plan. The offer begins Aug. 10, and will provide customers the ability to watch television shows anytime on a TV, tablet, computer or smartphone.
