(Telecompaper) AT&T said it expects to see little if any impact on its sales from the ITC ban on certain older models of iPhone and iPad. The operator said in a statement that Apple's iPhone 4 and iPad 2 remain available in AT&T retail and online channels, and if needed, AT&T can order additional devices to meet customer demand. Imports of the devices were earlier blocked by an ITC ruling that found Apple infringed certain patented technology held by Samsung. The older Apple devices have seen strong sales in recent quarters, as operators offer them at heavily discounted prices to attract and maintain customers.
