AT&T wants customer info destroyed or returned before RadioShack sale

AT&T has asked the bankruptcy court to force RadioShack to destroy or return all AT&T protected information before the company is sold in an auction this week. In a filing Friday, Dallas-based AT&T said its actual agreement with RadioShack dated June 29, 2005 and other confidential information belonging to AT&T and AT&T customers.
