ATM says 54% of Polish firms suffer internet, energy outages

(Telecompaper) According to the survey conducted for Polish data centre leader ATM, more than one half of companies in Poland have had a problem with internet access or energy supply (54 percent), the majority of them in the past six months (52 percent). As a result, 41 percent of firms had to stop operations or limit them substantially. Only in 6 percent of cases did the outage last less than one hour; in 30 percent cases, it went on for one to two days and in 10 percent of cases, longer.
