Genesus has announced the appointment of Abilio Pereira as general manager of Nucleus Farms, based in Manitoba. Pereira joins Genesus after several years with PIC. He has been responsible for updating and monitoring of genetic breeding farms including multipliers, which included supervising a staff of veterinarians and support staff (health, genealogical records, production sheets, budgets, product availability, controls, logistics, etc.) and consulting in swine production to genetic customers. read more
