With foam core that provides stress relaxation when high application loads are encountered, PX5000 primerless tape can attach automotive exterior trim parts to various materials and substrates. Adhesive on both sides of tape offers process flexibility in die-cutting operations. Product adheres to Low Surface Energy (LSE) and Medium Surface Energy (MSE) plastics as well as medium-to-difficult automotive clear coat systems without need for adhesion promoter or other surface pre-treatment methods.
