Actuant sells RV business, buys Hayes Industries

Actuant Corp. said it has sold its recreational vehicle business to Drew Industries Inc. for $35.5 million, and that it completed its purchase of Hayes Industries Ltd., which makes concrete pre- and post-tensioning products, for $31 million.
