The San Mateo Public Library today announced its installation of a highly efficient solar energy system that can annually reduce its energy bill by approximately$15,000, generate/save about 96,000 kilowatt hours of electricity, and reduce dangerous carbon dioxide emissions by more than 50,000 pounds
