Advantage Truck Center, a provider of trucks and truck-related products and services that employs 100 in the Triad, is building a 44,000-square-foot, $6.7 million facility in Guilford County near the Volvo Trucks North America headquarters facing Interstate 40. Rocky Mount-based Smithson Inc. began construction on the facility at 7940 National Service Road in February and expects to complete the project by the end of September, said Jimmie Carson , vice president of Smithson.
