After 15 years of waiting, John Varanese's riverfront restaurant is taking shape

John Varanese , chef and owner of Varanese restaurant on Frankfort Avenue, unveiled plans this morning for River House, a new concept that is planned at 3015 River Road next to KingFish Restaurant . Varanese said River House will have a "Southern flair" and a heavy focus on seafood, including a full raw bar.
