Nike Inc. and Micron Technology Inc. shares rallied in extended session Thursday after the companies topped Wall Street expectations for quarterly results after the bell. shares rallied 5.5% to $84.10 on heavy volume after the athletic apparel and gear maker reported fiscal first-quarter earnings of $1.09 a share on revenue of $7.98 billion.
