Sales are bouncing back after a wicked winter - and some 'all-star' vehicles, including the Ford F-Series, Nissan Altima, and Dodge Ram, are leading the charge. The seasonally adjusted annual sales rate for March is expected to come in at 15.8 million units, a bump up from February's rate of 15.3 million units. Fiat Chrysler, Ford, Toyota and Nissan all reported sales gains for March due to the strong sales of trucks and sport utility vehicles. Both Chrysler and Ford beat expectations.
