Ag Minister Welcomes Step Forward on CAP Reform

IRELAND - The Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Simon Coveney, has welcomed what he considers a very helpful step forward in the CAP reform negotiations after EU Agriculture Ministers broadly supported the thrust of proposals tabled by the Irish Presidency relating to the distribution of direct payments within Member States.
