Agency: CSX to continue testing after derailment

The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality says CSX will conduct regular testing on the James River through next summer to monitor the effects of April's train derailment and oil spill in Lynchburg. The agency issued a violation notice against CSX shortly after the fiery derailment, which dumped an estimated 30,000 gallons of crude oil into the river.
