Despite the economic recession, an area real estate agent is seeing signs of the high-end real estate market's recovery as more million-dollar real estate transactions are taking place in the Eastern Panhandle. The 3,900 square-foot home, built around 1800, with cottages, barns and outbuildings, is located on 397 acres of land between Kabletown Road and the Shenandoah River, and was sold by Stuart and William Owens, whose family has occupied the farm since 1954.
