SANTA CLARA, Calif. &ndash; Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE: A) today announced that it donated bench-top electronic measurement equipment worth $300,000 to the Texas Instruments Electronics Design Laboratory, which opened at the University of California, Berkeley, yesterday.
