Agrium sells 16 stores to U.S. farm co-op CHS

U.S. farm co-operative CHS Inc. said Monday it has signed a deal to buy 16 retail locations in Canada from Agrium Inc. In addition to its retail business in North America, South America and Australia, Agrium is also a wholesale producer and seller of crop nutrients and specialty fertilizers.
