A trail-blazing New Zealand pilot has died after suffering a medical episode minutes after landing a Dreamliner plane full of passengers at an Australian airport. Ann Barbarich, a pilot with Air New Zealand for 27 years and one of the first women pilots to work for the carrier, is suspected of suffering a brain aneurysm moments after the Air New Zealand flight from Auckland landed in Perth on Sunday.
