LAS CRUCES >> A 31-year-old Alamogordo man pleaded guilty Wednesday in a Las Cruces federal court to violating federal firearms laws by possessing an unregistered sawed off shotgun, according to U.S. attorney press release. In a press release U.S. attorney spokeswoman Elizabeth M. Martinez stated Kenneth Colby Miller pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of an unregistered firearm.
