Calgary Herald: With three weeks to go before the international climate change talks in Paris, a coalition of 44 groups is urging the province to speed up the phase-out of coal-fired electricity in Alberta. The groups, which include professional organizations representing doctors and nurses, are approaching the issue from a public health perspective.
