Converging microwave and IP/MPLS functionalities into one device for all-outdoor deployments, CTR 8380 extends IP/MPLS to cell site to improve network scalability. Zero-footprint design eliminates need for shelters or cabinets and thereby reduces A/C requirements as well as power and fuel consumption. In addition to being suited for rooftop locations for delivery of enterprise services, this all-outdoor microwave router can be used for all-outdoor macrocell and small cell backhaul.
