Available in manual, electric, and pneumatic actuated versions, Type 578 valve offers corrosion resistance and extended service life expectancy. Construction consists of glass-filled polypropylene (PP) outer housing with overmolded SS316 lugs, and double eccentric design allows disc to completely disengage from disc seal during operation to reduce friction and component wear. Sizes are available from 2–12 in., and non-wetted shaft provides protection against leak out and corrosion.
