Alon Blue Square Announces Grant by Court of Temporary Stay of Legal Proceedings Against Mega Retail

Alon Blue Square Israel Ltd. announced today that in furtherance of the filing by its subsidiary, Mega Retail, of a voluntary request with the District Court in Lod, for a stay of proceedings, the court granted a temporary stay of legal proceedings against Mega Retail until otherwise decided by the court.
