One of our clients in Germany has a position for an engineer with a good satellite electrical systems background and some materials knowledge to work and investigate the following TMTC Cables small diameter Power distribution cables medium diameter Power distribution using aluminium busbars Battery power to power conditioning unit using aluminium busbars Solar Array to power conditioning unit using aluminium busbars For each of these 5 types, the following has to be investigated Parts availability including adequate pins and connectors Manufacturer availability, including second sources Cost Lead time Manufacturing time with regards to ESCC3901 cables Needed qualifications, including time, cost and way or company to achieve it Reworking and modifications possibility and processes Integration constraints with regards to ESCC3901 cables Design and 3D modelling constraints
