New Hampshire Secretary of State William Gardner said he will abide by a Nashua judge's order to put a Nashua city charter amendment on the Nov. 4 state ballot - even though he disagrees about its legality - after the state Supreme Court declined this week to grant an expedited appeal of the ruling. Gardner said Thursday he would be "complying with" Hillsborough County Superior Court Judge Jacalyn Colburn's ruling issued last week.
