American Apparel is going through a turbulent time, with its CEO ousted, a new one named in his place, a new chairwoman of the board and now a revised code of conduct. The embattled retailer's board of directors, now led by Colleen Brown , has adopted changes to its existing code of conduct and ethics, the Wall Street Journal reported .
