Amphenol Corporation Announces Pricing of $750 Million of Senior Notes

Amphenol Corporation announced today the pricing of its offering of $375 million senior notes due 2017 and $375 million senior notes due 2021 . The 2017 Notes will have an interest rate of 1.550% and the 2021 Notes will have an interest rate of 3.125% per annum.
