Of TSM921–TSM924, TSM931–TSM934, TSM971–TSM973, and TSM982/TSM984 series, 11 feature integrated 1.182 V voltage reference with ±1% or ±2% initial accuracy. Single and dual comparators operate from single +2.5 to +11 V supply or ±1.25 to ±5 V dual supply and offer input voltage range from negative supply rail to within 1.3 V of positive supply. Intended for 3 or 5 V single-supply applications, products come in commercial or industrial temperature ranges and offer 4 µsec propagation delay.
