Supplied in 4 x 4 x 0.8 mm package, LM27403 is 20 V DC/DC synchronous buck controller that delivers >95% efficiency from 12 V input at 25 A of output current. Step-down controller features remote bipolar junction transistor (BJT), temperature-compensated inductor DC resistance sensing that improves current limit accuracy to 10% over temperature. Accommodating 3–20 V input range, product can convert 3.3, 5, and 12 V input rails to point-of-load (POL) as low as 0.6 V with 1% accuracy.
