Offering 12- and 14-bit options, ADC3k Series is available with 2 or 4 channels, speeds from 50–160 MSPS, and either LVDS or JESD204B interfaces. JESD204B variants are compliant with subclass 0, 1, and 2 at up to 3.2 Gbps. At fastest sampling rate of 160 MSPS, devices use only 200 mW/ch. Converters support industrial ambient temperature range of -40 to 85°C for use in motor control, medical imaging, and portable test and measurement, as well as defense and communications applications.
