Anheuser-Busch announces new parental leave policy Read Story Alexandra Martellaro

Anheuser-Busch has updated its paternal leave policy to allow young families to spend more time with their newborn children. Under the new policy, which is effective immediately, birth mothers are now eligible for eight weeks of maternity leave plus an additional eight weeks of parental bonding leave, for a total of 16 weeks paid leave.
