Cesar Milan embraces Sonna who came to visit with his owner Bernardo Trujjio of Costa Mesa for the grand opening of Passionate Pet in Irvine. An online complaint of animal cruelty led authorities to "Dog Whisperer" Cesar Millan's Los Angeles-area pet rehabilitation center Thursday, but Millan wasn't there and they took no further action.
